How to add your signature
A step-by-step guide to installing your generated email signature in Gmail, Outlook, and Thunderbird. Gmail is the most common choice and preserves your signature's formatting and images when you paste it in.
Ready to build your signature?
Head back to the builder, design your signature, then copy it with one click and follow the steps below.
First, copy your signature
On the builder homepage, design your signature and click the Copy Signature button below the preview. Then follow the steps for your email client below.
Install by email client
Copy your signature using the Copy Signature button on the builder.
On the homepage, build your signature then click the Copy Signature button below the preview.
Open Gmail and click the Settings (gear) icon in the top-right corner.
Click See all settings in the quick settings panel.
Scroll down to the Signature section.
Click Create new signature, or select an existing signature to replace it.
Paste (Ctrl+V on Windows/Linux, Cmd+V on Mac) into the signature editor box.
Pasting preserves your formatting and images, so your signature looks exactly as it did in the builder.
Scroll to the bottom and click Save Changes.
If your signature includes a logo image, make sure it's hosted on a public URL so it loads for recipients. The builder handles this for you when you upload a logo.
Copy your signature using the Copy Signature button on the builder.
Open Settings (gear icon), then go to Mail > Compose and reply.
Find the Email signature section.
Paste (Ctrl+V / Cmd+V) your signature into the signature editor.
Click Save at the bottom of the settings panel.
Copy your signature using the Copy Signature button on the builder.
Open the hamburger menu and choose Account Settings.
Select the account you want to add the signature to.
Paste (Ctrl+V / Cmd+V) your signature into the Signature text box.
Click OK to save.
Formatting and images are preserved
When you paste your signature into Gmail, Outlook, or Thunderbird, the formatting, colors, links, and logo image are all preserved — so your signature looks exactly as it did in the builder preview.
